Shipping
QT Reef does not issue shipping refunds.
If you would like to add fish to an existing order, you must contact us directly within two days of placing the original order and we will edit your order. Please do not place an additional order to include more fish with the existing order.
Orders of 5 or more fish may be sent in multiple shipments at QT Reef’s discretion.
Large orders will not be held to reduce shipments to the buyer. Our priority is the health of the fish.

Guarantees and Returns
All fish unless otherwise stated are guaranteed to arrive alive and remain alive for 24 hours from the delivery time.
In case of a loss, you are required to file a claim.
All honored claims will be issued once as store credit.
No claims will be honored that do not adhere to our Guarantee Policy found here.
We do not refund shipping costs.
Livestock Disclaimer
We do our absolute best to ensure your fish arrive healthy and free of pathogens and parasites. However, it is not possible for us to 100% guarantee each fish is clean and pathogen-free upon or after arrival. We will not ship a fish showing obvious signs of illness.
We recommend following best practices and placing new arrivals into a sterile observation tank for a minimum of 2 weeks to ensure that quarantine was effective. Once delivered, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the proper care and well-being of the animal.
QT Reef is not liable for any contamination or losses that may occur to your new and existing fish, or livestock.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QT Reef
Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible for information made available on this site that is not accurate, complete, or current. The material provided on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to limit the quantity and/or sales or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse an order you place with us. We may in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Occasionally, there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
