Fish arriving soon are out of quarantine and currently undergoing observation. These fish will typically be ready in 7 to 14 days. For questions on exact availability please reach out.
Are the photographs of the fish listed actual photographs or stock photos?
Fish listed as “WYSIWG” in the product details section are photos of the actual fish available.
Fish listed with “special care requirements”. What does this mean?
Please contact us before purchasing fish notated with *** and “special care requirements” in the product description. We will not ship special care requirement fish without first discussing the commitment, feeding, and habitat necessary for long term care. For certain fish we may ask to send follow up communications twice yearly to monitor suitability for aquarium life.
What do you feed your fish?
Most of our fish are fed PE Mysis and pellet food. Herbivorous fish are also offered nori as well as Hikari algae wafers, and Fauna Marin soft spirurlina.
Certain species are fed other foods depending on their dietary needs like clams, PE Calanus, Easy Reefs Masstick, pellets etc.
Please contact us if you would like to know which food any fish on your order enjoys. We will gladly share that information to help your fish adapt to their new environment as fast as possible.
How do I go about acclimating my new fish?
Each order will include an easy to follow guide on acclimating your new arrivals.
If your new fish will be added to a boisterous aquarium, or there is a chance of negative reaction from certain tank mates, an acclimation box should be used.
Our system parameters are: Salinity 1.025, PH 7.9-8.1, Temp 76-78
Why isn’t my fish accepting food?
Shipping and changes in environment is stressful for the fish. It may take time for your fish to adjust to their new home.
Please be sure to feed high quality fresh food of the correct type.
If 4-5 days go by and the fish have not relaxed and started to feed regularly or if something just does not seem right, please contact us.

How does your shipping work?
We ship UPS next day air on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s according to our ship schedule.

Shipping cost is $55.00 with free shipping for orders over $450.
