To ensure your fish arrive safely, our orders ship UPS Overnight.
- We ship Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s from our location in Northeast Ohio according to the shipping schedule below.
- Our fish are carefully packed to help your fish arrive safely in the event of a delay.
- We pack with larger water volumes, insulated boxes, cushioning, heat packs, cold packs, and/or phase packs.
- In the event of a broken box, long delay, or other unexpected shipping issue rest assured that your fish are covered by the QT Reef Arrive and Stay Alive Guarantee.
- Before shipment if we are not comfortable with the health of the fish we will contact you to change the shipment date or make alternative arrangements. We will not ship a fish that we are not 100% confident in.
- If you would like to add additional fish to your order, you must contact us no later than two days from when the order was placed.
- We cannot hold fish. All fish ordered will ship according to the shipping schedule unless otherwise stated.
- Due to temperatures, other weather phenomena, disruptions to delivery networks, or unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to contact you to arrange for an alternative ship day.
- If a DOA occurs a claim must be submitted according to the instructions on the QT Reef Guarantee page.
- Shipping cost is $55.00 with free shipping for orders over $550.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
